The Battle Pilgrims gaming club invites you to The Pilgrimage, a 2300pt Kings of War Grand Tournament.

This is the final GT of 2025 in the Mid-Atlantic region (no Nerdhammer GT this year) and your last chance to get your club's name on the Cornwell Cup. The race for the season championship is also on the line as the overall seasonal winner will be decided at The Pilgrimage and the winning team will take home the very first Golden Ogre.

The Pilgrimage a two day, five game, Kings of War tournament. It will be held on Saturday, November 8th and Sunday November 9th, 2025. The event will be held at Game Frienzy, 7 Carnegie Plaza, Suite 400, Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a very open, carpeted venue that we will be renting for the entire weekend.

Armies will be 2300 points. No allies allowed. Chess clocks required. Rounds will be 70 minutes per side any player that clocks out will be permitted to finish the phase.

Scoring will use the Bartshroud scoring system (obviously).

We will be implementing a different scenario/map selection process in which two maps and two scenarios will be available for each round and a roll-off selection process will determine what map and what scenario you will be playing. In addition, I will be implementing a secondary secret objective each round.

Your $75 entry fee includes: snacks, water, lunch Saturday, lunch Sunday. Depending on the number of players we get, we can extend this to include additional snacks and potentially dinner on Saturday.

Awards include: Best overall, Best general, Best painted army, Best sportsmanship, and players' choice.

As we are not running this event at a hotel, I will send a follow-on message with local hotels, of which there are plenty within 5min of the venue.
